Sydney Bars Among the (LINK)

In my last post, I publicised how Sydney restaurants making it into best restaurants in the world ranks. This time a new revelation has surfaced. The best bars in the world.
To my surprise, Sydney managed to score 3 bars to make top 100. Seeing there were 1407 bars, in total, is not a bad effort at all. Chosen as number 38 Jimmy Liks in Kings Cross, followed by theloft at 68 and Water Bar at 76.
As much as I like to boast about how amazing Sydney is, I can't not mention Melbourne's success into the top 100 bars list also. In fact, Melbourne did fair better than Sydney. Mebourne's De Raum came with highest in Australia in at number 4 in the world. There 2 other Melbourne bars, The Collection coming in at number 22 and the Melbourne Super Club at 24.
Voted Australian Bar of the Year by Australian Gourmet Traveller Magazine is The Richmond bar, which was given an overall 8/10 ranking by voters.
The absolute number 1 on the list is in Dubai, Barasti.
